Lance Roteman is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of comprehensive pension experience. Lance provides a well-rounded perspective on servicing retirement plans with 100 to 30,000 participants. He began his career assisting clients with the day-to-day plan administration responsibilities including funding requirements, non-discrimination testing, union negotiation, QDRO calculations and preparation of government DOL, IRS and PBGC forms. Over the years he has consulted with clients on retirement plan design and expense projections, managed a team of analysts, and served as operations leader responsible for monthly financials, recruitment and training. Prior to joining NPPG, Lance was most recently a consultant for Mercer.
Lance is an Enrolled Actuary, member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a member of the Society of Pension Actuaries. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from State University of New York at Albany and manages NPPG’s New York office.
