Richard Conta is Senior Vice President of NPPG and has compiled a 40-year record of achievement and excellence in actuarial consulting. Richard joined NPPG in 2014 and is responsible for actuarial consulting to corporate retirement programs.
Richard was the Managing Partner of Fitzgerald & Conta Pension Services, a New Jersey pension consulting firm for over 23 years. Richard ran the firm until it was acquired by NPPG in 2014. Fitzgerald & Conta Pension Services specialized in the design, installation, administration and valuation of qualified pension and profit sharing plans.
Richard started in the actuarial field in 1975 as a Pension Actuary for the Guardian Life Insurance Company in charge of administration and management of “Pension Service Consultants” the pension consulting division of The Guardian. Richard, an Enrolled Actuary since 1976, is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
